Recommend adoption of Resolution R-17-XX authorizing the execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the City of Decatur Public Facilities Authority (PFA) for the issuance of bonds for the purchase of the United Methodist Children’s Home. Cooperation Agreement with DeKalb County. Recommend authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement to participate in the “DeKalb County 2018 – 2020 CDBG and HOME Cooperation Agreement.”
