Ponce de Leon Avenue. b. WT 318 Sycamore LLC c/o Andrew Rutledge, Office of Design has requested a rezoning from R-60 – Single Family Residential to C-2 – General Commercial for property at 318 Sycamore Street and 317 E. Ponce de Leon Avenue. c. WT 318 Sycamore LLC c/o Andrew Rutledge, Office of Design has requested a special exception from the Downtown Decatur Special Pedestrian Area requirement in Section 5.3.3.B. of the UDO related to location of surface parking for the proposed project at 318 Sycamore Street and 317 E. Ponce de Leon Avenue.
