Alcoholic Beverage License. The Police Department recommends issuance of an alcoholic beverage license for the retail sale for consumption on premises of beer and wine and spirituous liquors to Louis H. Haifley, Jr. for the Courtyard by Marriott and Conference Center at 130 Clairemont Avenue.
