Planning Commission Recommendations. Christopher Rudd, Thrive Homes, LLC requests approval of a subdivision for the property at 120 West Hill Street. The Planning Commission - recommends approval.
V. Tree Ordinance Appeal. Brian Gordon, Artisan Home Crafters, LLC, appeals the Development Director's application of the tree ordinance requirements for 324 Mead Road. VI. Public Comment on Agenda Action Items. The public is invited to comment on agenda action items other than for "Requests and Petitions" and "Reports and Other Business." Public comments that relate to "Requests and Petitions" will be heard later in the meeting.
City Manager's Contract. Renewal of City Manager's contract for an additional two-year period.
Bid Award - Self Contained Breathing Apparatus. Recommend awarding a bid for purchasing new Self Contained Breathing Apparatus for the Fire Department to Municipal Emergency Services (MES) in an amount not to exceed $174,307.
