Proclamation Presentation of a proclamation recognizing the 100th Anniversary of Girl Scouting in the United States.
The Police Department recommends issuance of an alcoholic beverage license for the retail sale for consumption on premises of beer and wine and spirituous liquors to Earl E. Cloud, III for The Pinewood 254 West Ponce de Leon Avenue.
The Police Department recommends issuance of an alcoholic beverage license for the retail sale in original packages of beer and wine to Thomas M. Greene for Greene's Fine Foods, 141 East Trinity Place.
Planning Commission Recommendations. Karen and Fisher Paty request approval of a subdivision for the property at 535 Ansley Street. The Planning Commission recommends approval conditioned on the submitted plans.
Public Comment on Agenda Action Items. The public is invited to comment on agenda action items other than for "Requests and Petitions" and "Reports and Other Business." Public comments that relate to "Requests and Petitions" will be heard later in the meeting.
Decatur Presbyterian Church Streetscapes Improvements. Decatur Presbyterian Church requests approval for construction of streetscape improvements at 2 05 Sycamore Street.
Tax Billing Ordinance. Recommend adoption of Ordinance 0-12-XX establishing payment dates for real property taxes.
Change Order - South McDonough Stormwater Improvements. Recommend approval of change order number 1 in the amount of $1,855.
Right of Way Repairs - West Trinity Place at the DeKalb County Courthouse. Recommend establishing a' project budget of $26,000 and awarding a contract in the amount of $16,910 for emergency repairs to the right-of-way on West Trinity Place at te DeKalb County Courthouse.
Contract with SAFEbuilt, Inc. for development services. Recommend authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to the contract with SAFEbuilt, Inc. for possible additional development services.
