Planning Commission Recommendation. The Global Village Project, Inc. requests approval for an after school program at 205 Sycamore Street. The Planning - Commission recommends approval conditioned on the submitted plan.
Public Comment on Agenda Action Items. The public is invited to comment on agenda action items other than for "Requests and Petitions" and "Reports and Other Business." Public comments that relate to "Requests and Petitions" will be heard later in the meeting.
Urban Forest Services Consultant. Recommend authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Technical Forestry Services in the amount of $33,825 to prepare an Urban Forest Management Plan.
Acceptance of a Conservation Easement. Recommend acceptance of a conservation easement within the Clarke Hill Subdivision (formerly known as Midway Commons).
Change Order #4 - Sidewalk Improvement Project. A. Recommend amending the sidewalk improvement program budget from $566,600 to $636,500 for additional work. B. Recommend approval of Change Order #4 in the amount of $69,870 to the contract with Ohmshiv Construction, LLC for construction of improvements in the 600 block of West Ponce de Leon Avenue.
Final Contract - Emergency Right-of-Way Repairs. Recommend approval of the final contract with Gorman Construction, Inc. in the amount of $24,972 for construction of emergency repairs on West Trinity Place at the DeKalb County Courthouse.
Agreement with Kimley-Horn for Professional Services. Recommend authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Kimley-Horn in the amount of $20,400 for professional design services for residential traffic calming improvements.
