Alcoholic Beverage License. The Police Department recommends issuance of an alcoholic beverage license for the retail sale for consumption on premises of beer, wine and spirituous liquors to Stephen A. Cooley for Eddie's Attic, 514-B North McDonough Street. This is a change in applicant.
Public Comment on Agenda Action Items. The public is invited to comment on agenda action items other than for "Requests and Petitions" and "Reports and Other Business." Public comments that relate to "Requests and Petitions" will be heard later in the meeting.
Resolution Supporting the Decatur Housing Authority's Application for Low Income Housing Tax Gredits for Allen Wilson Phase III. Recommend adoption of Resolution R-12-XX indication the City Commission's support for an application for Low Income Housing tax Credits by the Decatur Housing Authority.
Easement for DeKalb County Sewer Improvements. Recommend authorizing the Mayor to execute easements across City property at 460 Superior Avenue for sanitary sewer improvements by DeKalb County.
Agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates for Storm Water Planning and Design Services. Recommend authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates for storm water planning and design services in an amount not to exceed $225,000.
Change Order No. 2 - Fire Station No. 1 Improvements. Recommend approval of change order number two in the amount of $119,000 for additional work at Fire Station No. 1.
Lease for Temporary Public Works facility. Recommend authorizing the City Manager to execute a lease agreement with King Industrial Realty for use as a temporary Public Works facility.
