Resolution Accepting a Grant from the Georgia Historic Preservation Division for a National Register Nomination. Recommend Adoption of resolution R-12-XX accepting a grant from the Historic Preservation Division of the Georgia Department of Natural resources to produce a National Register nomination for an area including northeast residential neighborhoods.
Approval of Construction Budget and Award of Bid for Old Courthouse Square Lawn Improvements. Recommend establishment of a $275,000 construction budget and award of a contract for construction of improvements to the Old Courthouse Square Lawn to Ed Castro Landscape Inc. in the amount of $224,000.
Change Order No. 1 - Decatur Recreation Center Improvements. Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $177,689 for additional work at the Decatur Recreation Center.
Final Contract Change Order - Sidewalk Improvement Program Phase 2/Part. Recommend approval of the final contract change order in the amount of $1,400 for materials change in the scope of work.
