The City of Decatur requests changing the land use designation from SUB - Suburban (DeKalb County) to C-Commercial/High Density Residential (City of Decatur) for the properties located at: 2660 College Ave 2676 College Ave 2677 College Ave 2670 College Ave 2680 College Ave 2683 College Ave 2672 College Ave 2686 College Ave 2689 College Ave 2693 College Ave The Planning Commission recommends approval. 2. The City of Decatur requests approval to change the zoning designation from C2 - Commercial (DeKalb County) to C3- Heavy Commercial (City of Decatur) for the properties located at: 2660 College Ave 2676 College Ave 2677 College Ave 2670 College Ave 2680 College Ave 2683 College Ave 2672 College Ave 2686 College Ave 2689 College Ave 2693 College Ave The Planning Commission recommends approval.

Resolution Designating Open Records Officers. Recommend adoption of Resolution R-12-YY designates open records officers for purposes of compliance with the Georgia Open Records Act.
