Construction Budget and Bid Award. Recommend approval of a construction budget of $7,903,000 and award of a contract for improvements to the Decatur Public Works facility to Hogan Construction Group of Norcross, in the amount of $6,408,000.
Agreement with Lord Cultural Resources. Recommend authorizing the City Manager" to execute an agreement with Lord Cultural resources for development of a historic and cultural resource plan for the Beacon School Complex in an amount not to exceed $85,000.
