Amendment to Open Records Resolution. Recommend adoption of Resolution R-12-XX amending the open records resolution to substitute the Deputy Police Chief for the Police Chief as the designated open records officer.
Agreements for Pre-Construction Services - Beacon School Project. Recommend authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Potts Construction for the pre-construction phase of the Beacon"School Improvements Project and to extend the agreement with Silverman Construction Program Management for consulting services during the pre-construction phase.
