Municipal Court Appointments. Recommend appointing Thomas Stubbs and Tisha Tillman as Substitute Municipal Judges.

Reimbursement Resolution. Recommend adoption of Resolution R-12-YY for reimbursement of expenses for the Beacon School Redevelopment project from proceeds of future financing.
Change Order for Old Court House Square Lawn Improvements Recommend approval of change order no. 1 in the amount of $12,000 for additional work on the Old Court House Square Lawn Improvements.
Establishment of a project budget and award of a bid. Recommend establishing a project budget of $15,000 and award of a bid to Summit Construction and Development, LLC for stormwater infrastructure improvements on Glendale Avenue.
Bid Award. Recommend awarding a bid and approval of lease purchase financing for purchase of a 2012 Front Loading Refuse truck to Consolidated Disposal Systems, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $189,995.
Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant (LMIG)2013 Street Repaving List. Recommend approval of four local streets for inclusion on the 2013 LMIG priority list.
