Alcoholic Beverage License The Police Department recommends issuance of an alcoholic beverage license for the manufacture of wine to Marcia L. Perez for Wine Workshop and Brew Center, 627-F East College Avenue.
Public Comment on Agenda Action Items. The public is invited to comment on agenda action items other than for “Requests and Petitions” and “Reports and Other Business.” Public comments that relate to “Requests and Petitions” will be heard later in the meeting.
Change Order. Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $159,435 for additional work at the Public Works Building.
Agreement. Recommend approval of an agreement with URS in an amount not to exceed $22,000 for right-of-way acquisition services for the North McDonough Streetscapes Improvements.
