Consideration of changing the zoning classification for the properties located at 2578, 2586, 2604 and 2612 Midway Road from R-100 Single Family Residential (DeKalb County) to R-85 Single Family Residential (City of Decatur).
The City of Decatur requests consideration of amendments to the text of the zoning ordinance related to multiple owners of development sites and applicability of development regulations.

Recommend authorizing the City Manager to execute- a Guaranteed Maximum Price agreement with Potts Construction in an amount not to exceed $30,375,000 for construction of improvements for the Beacon Municipal Complex Redevelopment.
