Memorandum of Understanding with City Schools of Decatur. Recommend authorizing the City Manager to execute a "Memorandum of Understanding" with the Board of Education for construction of the City Schools of Decatur central office at Beacon Municipal Complex.
Abandonment of Norfolk Avenue Right of Way. Recommend abandoning the Norfolk Avenue right-of-way east of Melrose Avenue.
Change Order for Asbestos Abatement at Decatur Recreation Center. Recommended approval of a change order in the amount of $23,570 for additional asbestos abatement work at the Decatur Recreation Center.
Final Change Order for Decatur Recreation Center Improvements. Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $239,838 for additional work at the Decatur Recreation Center.
Contract for Right-of-Way Repairs. Recommend establishment of a project budget and award of a contract to Summit Construction and Development, LLC for right-of-way repairs on West Trinity Avenue.
