Ordinance O-13-YY tentatively establishes the Bond Fund tax rate at 1.42. 3. Ordinance O-13-ZZ tentatively establishes the Downtown Development Authority Fund tax rate at .38
Project Budget and Award of Contract. Recommend establishing a project budget of $315,000 and authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Ohmshiv Construction, LLC in the amount of $281,647 for sidewalk, traffic calming and a pedestrian bridge improvements.
Change Order – Dearborn Park Trail Improvements. Recommend approval of a change order in the amount of $7,500 for additional for the Dearborn Park Trail Improvements project.
