The Planning Commission recommends approval. Ordinance O-13-Z-09. B. The Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA) of Metropolitan Atlanta requests a change in the zoning designation for the properties locate at 219 Maederis Drive and 223 Maederis Drive from R60 Single Family Residential to I-Institutional. The Planning Commission recommends approval. Ordinance O-13-Z-10. C. The Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA) of Metropolitan Atlanta requests approval of an amendment to the master site plan for the property at 1100 Clairemont Avenue. The Planning Commission recommends approval with conditions. Ordinance O-13-Z-11.
