Planning Commission Recommendations. David Woodbery requests approval of a residential use in a commercial zoning district and exceptions from the Special Pedestrian Area regulations for the property at 432 East Howard Avenue. V. Agenda Action Items. A. Award of Bid. Recommend awarding a bid for a pick-up truck and dump body to Nextran Truck Center of Macon, GA for $30,200 and financing through the GMA Lease Pool.
Easements with Paces Properties. Recommend approval of easements with Paces Property for the development at 160 Clairemont Avenue.
Consultant For Unified Development Ordinance. Recommend authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with TSW to produce a Unified Development Ordinance.
Agreement with the Wylde Center. Recommend approval of an agreement with the Wylde Center for distribution of grant funds.
Appeal of Interpretation of the City Arborist. Catherine Fox appeals the interpretation of the City Arborist’s establishment of the dripline for purposes of compliance with the development of Lot III of the property at 904 Sycamore Drive.
B. Annexation Petitions. The property owners at 2522, 2532 and 2596 McKinnon rive and 609, 615 and 721 Kirk Road request annexation in to the City of Decatur. C. Other.
