Annexation Ordinances. Ordinance O-13-XX annexes the properties at 2522 McKinnon Drive, 2532 McKinnon Drive, 609 Kirk Road and 615 Kirk Road; and, Ordinance O-13-YY annexes the properties at 2596 McKinnon Drive and 721 Kirk Road.
Agreements with Georgia Power. Recommend authorizing the City Manager to execute agreements with the Georgia Power Company for relocation of utilities for the Oakhurst and Phase V Downtown Decatur Streetscapes Projects.
