Change in the zoning district from RM-60 Multiple Family Residential to MU-Mixed Use. Ordinance O-14-Z-02 3. Adoption of a regulating master site plan. Ordinance O-14-Z-03
David Wood Berry requests approval of a residential use in a commercial zoning district and exceptions from the Special Pedestrian Area and HDSF regulations for the property at 506 East Howard Avenue.
GP-Govt. Properties I, LLC requests the subdivision of the property at 246 North Arcadia Avenue.
Tree Protection Ordinance. Ordinance O-14-XX replaces Article III. “Modification or Alteration of Landscaping on City Rights-of-Way” of Chapter 86 STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES of the Decatur Code of Ordinances with a new Article III. “Tree Canopy Conservation.”
Amendment to Pay & Classification Plan. Recommend adoption of Resolution R-14-YY amending the Pay and Classification plan to establish the class of Landscape Infrastructure Coordinator.
Project Budget and Award of Bid. 1. Recommend amending the Capital Improvement Fund Budget to establish a project budget of $66,000 for replacement of the liner at Glenlake Pool. 2. Recommend award of a bid in the amount of $60,800 to Natare of Indianapolis, Indiana for replacement of the liner at Glenlake Pool.
Change Order no. 3 – Beacon Municipal Center. Recommend approval of a change order in the amount of $365,000 for the purchase and installation of audio visual systems for City facilities in the Beacon Municipal Center.
