Planning Commission Recommendations. A. DeKalb County requests the subdivision of the property at 556 North McDonough Street. The Planning Commission recommends approval with conditions. B. Summit Engineering requests the subdivision of the property at 160 Clairemont Avenue. The Planning Commission recommends approval with conditions.
Public Comment on Agenda Action Items. The public is invited to comment on agenda action items other than for “Requests and Petitions” and “Reports and Other Business.” Public comments that relate to “Requests and Petitions” will be heard later in the meeting.
Resolution to Amend Warranty Deeds. The City Schools of Decatur requests the adoption of Resolution R-14-XX authorizing the execution of amendments to warranty deeds for Clairemont, Glennwood and Oakhurst Elementary Schools.
Annexation Master Plan Agreement. Recommend authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement for consultant service to develop an Annexation Master Plan.
