Phase II Unified Development Ordinance. Recommend authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with TSW in an amount not to exceed $252,475 for Phase 2 of the UDO project.
Agreement with the Georgia Department of Transportation for Oakhurst Streetscape Improvements. Recommend approval of an agreement with the Georgia Department of Transportation for construction of the Oakhurst Streetscapes Improvements and adoption of Resolution R-14-AA confirming that local matching funds are available and other assurances.
Approval of Revised Public Way, Temporary and Permanent Easements for Proposed Development at 160 Clairemont Avenue. Recommend approval of revised Montgomery Street public way and a series of temporary and permanent easements to facilitate development at 160 Clairemont Avenue.
Change order no. 4 – Beacon Municipal Center. Recommend approval of a change order in the amount of $153,000 for hidden conditions and project changes.
