The City of Decatur requests consideration of amendments to the text of the zoning ordinance related to definitions of demolition and other development standards. Adoption of Tentative 2013 Millage Rates. 1. Ordinance O-14-XX tentatively establishes the General Fund tax rate. 2. Ordinance O-14-YY tentatively establishes the Bond Fund tax rate. 3. Ordinance O-14-ZZ tentatively establishes the Downtown Development Authority Fund tax rate.
Ordinance Annexing 1321 and 1325 Scott Boulevard. Ordinance O-14-BB annexes 1321 and 1325 Scott Boulevard.

Recommend authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Atlanta Paving and Concrete Construction, Inc. in the amount of $11,150 for repairs to 450 square feet of pothole repair. VII.
