Revised Parking Meter Contract. Recommend approval of a revised contract with Standard Parking Corporation in the amount of $328,346 for new parking meter equipment.
Resolution Authorizing Lease-Purchase Financing for Parking Meter Equipment. Resolution R-14-AA authorizes the City Manager to execute a supplemental lease for the financing of parking meter equipment through the Georgia Municipal Association lease purchase program.
Change Order #3 – Downtown Storm Drainage Improvements. Recommend approval of change order no. 3 in the amount of $119,875 for the construction of the downtown storm drainage improvements.
