Project Budget for Olympic Place Trail Construction. Recommend establishing a project budget of $70,000 for construction of the Olympic Place Trail.
Project Budget and Award of Contract for Street Milling, Pavement Repair and Resurfacing. 1. Recommend establishing a project budget of $825,000 for street milling, pavement repair and resurfacing. 2. Recommend awarding a bid in the amount of $654,503 to Stewart Brothers for street milling, pavement repair and resurfacing.
Change Order No. 6 – Beacon Municipal Center. Recommend approval of a change order in the amount of $158,500.
Acceptance of Drainage Facility Easements at 233 and 237 Westchester Drive. Recommend authorizing the Mayor to execute easements for stormwater drainage facilities located at 233 and 237 Westchester Drive.
