Intergovernmental Agreement with the Decatur Development Authority for Purchase of 915 A. Clairemont Avenue. Recommend approval of an intergovernmental agreement with the Decatur Development Authority for the purchase of the Merritt property at 915 Clairemont Avenue
Agreement with Sizemore Group for Annexation Master Plan Consulting Services. Recommend approval of an agreement with the Sizemore Group for annexation master plan consulting services.
Agreement with Decatur Trinity MF-I, LP for Storm Water Fee. Recommend approval of an agreement with Decatur Trinity MF-I, LP, the developer of the Trinity Triangle property, for use of the regional storm water detention vault at the Beacon Municipal Center.
Agreement with CSX for Construction Services. Recommend approval of an agreement with CSX Railroad for construction services related to the North McDonough Streetscape Improvements.
