- Recommend approval of an alcoholic beverage license for consumption on premises of beer, wine, and spirituous liquors to William Freeman for Roaring Social Decatur LLC dba Roaring Social, 101 West Ponce de Leon Avenue, Suite 110-BX.
VII. Public Comment on Agenda Action Items.
The public is invited to comment on agenda action items other than for “Requests and Petitions” and “Reports and Other Business.” Public comments that relate to “Requests and Petitions” will be heard later in the meeting.
VIII. Agenda Action Items.
Recommend adoption of Ordinance O-25-XX amending speed limits as described in the List of Roadways.
Recommend approval of the purchase of four (4) Kubota solid waste collection vehicles in an amount not to exceed $170,000 from Mason Tractor Company.
Recommend adoption of Resolution R-25-XX authorizing the City Manager to execute a supplemental lease for the financing of four (4) Kubota solid waste collection vehicles through the Georgia Municipal Association direct lease financing program.
Recommend approval to purchase fifty-seven (57) replacement handguns and related equipment from GT Distributors Inc. in an amount not to exceed $55,600.
E. Oakhurst Pool Heater Replacement.
Recommend approval of an emergency repair by United Pools for the pool heater at Oakhurst Pool in the amount of $31,302.
